An Okay Stay. Some Issues Persisted

The location was pretty convenient. It helped me get around without too much trouble.
The room was somewhat disappointing. The pillows were flat, offering little support, and I could hear street noise late into the night, despite my room not facing the main street. I reported it but nothing changed.

the staff was helpful when i needed a taxi the next day they repeatedly called when it didn't arrive assisting me with my luggage i found this kind. the location provided easy access to the town center. my room had a king-size bed maintained well and kept clean. i found the staff very friendly at check-in and appreciated their assistance.
there was a slight issue the shower's performance wasn't quite up to par.

breakfast provided great value offering numerous options including a buffet style setup it was quite comprehensive. the bar area presented a smart and peaceful setting perfect for enjoying drinks after work allowing for relaxation.

perfect sizedirty carpetshot shower
the room was the perfect size for 3-4 adults it suited our needs.
carpets in the stairs needed cleaning they didn't look hoovered. the shower was too hot the cold water wasn't working well in the shower. i couldn't rinse my hair well i couldn't shower comfortably.
